We offer flexible, contract-free, pay-as-you-go cleaning services for homes, rental properties, and commercial premises. Our services are designed to provide high-quality cleaning without long-term commitments, giving you complete control and convenience.

A regular clean includes comprehensive maintenance of the property, covering dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain a clean and presentable space.

All bookings require a minimum of two hours, with the option to schedule one or more professional cleaners depending on the size and requirements of the property.

Bed linen services are available upon request.

Please note that the property must be vacant during this service to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.

We ensure your guests arrive to a spotless, welcoming property every time.  We offer a short-term rental cleaning and laundry service designed to prepare your property for each new guest. Our service includes a full turnover clean of all rooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning, vacuuming and mopping floors, and trash removal. We also handle all laundry needs, including washing, drying, and replacing linens and towels, and making beds according to your property’s setup. This service ensures your rental is consistently clean, hygienic, and presented to guest-ready, hospitality standards. 

We also offer mid-stay cleans and bed linen changes. 

Please note that the property must be vacant for these services to be carried out.

We offer a contract-free, pay-as-you-go cleaning service for clients who do not require our Key Holding services. This flexible option allows you to maintain a high standard of cleanliness without any long-term commitment.

A regular clean includes routine property maintenance, covering dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping to keep the property clean and well presented.

We also provide mid-stay cleans and bed linen changes. Please note that the property must be vacant for these services to be carried out.

Following guest check-out, we complete a full clean of the property. Depending on the time available between check-out and the next check-in, we can also provide a light refresh clean prior to the next arrival.

Bed linen services are available upon request.

What we complete during your deep clean will depend on the number of hours you book. Before we start, we’ll talk through your priorities so we can focus on what matters most to you. Our team works efficiently together to get as much done as possible within the time booked.

We understand how exciting it is to move into a new home, and we’re here to help make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. We offer two cleaning services designed specifically for new tenancies.

Pre–Move-In Deep Clean
This service is carried out before your belongings are moved into the property. We thoroughly clean the empty home, including all windows and glass, doors, skirting boards, sockets, light switches, the inside and outside of kitchen cupboards, and built-in wardrobes. All bathrooms are also fully cleaned, leaving the property fresh and ready for move-in.

Post–Move-In Cleaning
Once your belongings are in place, we offer either a regular clean or a deep clean, depending on your needs. Please refer to the relevant service description above to choose the option that best suits you.

 Moving can be stressful enough without worrying about cleaning the property to secure your deposit. That’s where we can help. Let us take one more task off your to-do list and give you peace of mind.

Pre–Move-Out Deep Clean
We offer a thorough deep clean before you move out, carried out once the property is empty. This includes cleaning all windows and glass, doors, skirting boards, sockets, light switches, and the inside and outside of all kitchen cupboards and built-in wardrobes. All bathrooms are also fully cleaned to a high standard.

Furnished Property Cleaning
If the property is fully furnished, we offer either a regular clean or a deep clean, depending on your requirements. Please refer to the relevant service description above to select the option that best suits your needs.

We all know its a chore to change the bed, so let our professionals take the stress from you.

We offer the option to clean bed linen and re-make beds upon the next cleaning service.

This option can be added as an additional service to any of the above services.
