We offer a comprehensive Key Holding Service with flexible options for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.
When the property is vacant, we attend on your chosen schedule to:
Each property receives a thorough, full clean in every room following check-out.
We also offer mid-stay cleans and bed changes; however, the property must be vacant for these services.
All bed linen is removed after check-out and taken for washing and pressing. We also launder bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, and bath towels. Clean items are returned on the next scheduled Key Holding visit.
You may advise us which bedrooms were used, or we can assess this during the clean. You will only be charged for beds that have been used.
Once the property has been cleaned after check-out, and depending on the time between departures and arrivals, we also offer a light pre-arrival clean to ensure the home is fresh and ready for your return.
