 We offer a comprehensive Key Holding Service with flexible options for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.

When the property is vacant, we attend on your chosen schedule to:

• Ensure the property is securely locked and safe
• Inspect and run sanitary installations to prevent odours and calcium build-up
• Water indoor and outdoor plants
• Collect and securely store mail
• Switch electricity and hot water on or off prior to arrival
• Set up terraces and prepare the property prior to arrival so everything is ready
• Arrange welcome hampers upon request
• Assist with light shopping prior to arrival, if required
• Visit the property after adverse weather conditions to check for any damage
• Inform owners promptly of any issues identified
• Identify maintenance concerns and organise quotations for repairs
• Provide administrative support, including contacting utility providers, making bill payments, and following up on internet or service issues

 Each property receives a thorough, full clean in every room following check-out.

We also offer mid-stay cleans and bed changes; however, the property must be vacant for these services.

All bed linen is removed after check-out and taken for washing and pressing. We also launder bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, and bath towels. Clean items are returned on the next scheduled Key Holding visit.

You may advise us which bedrooms were used, or we can assess this during the clean. You will only be charged for beds that have been used.

Once the property has been cleaned after check-out, and depending on the time between departures and arrivals, we also offer a light pre-arrival clean to ensure the home is fresh and ready for your return.

 We offer a comprehensive range of property maintenance services to keep your home in excellent condition year-round. From landscaping and general upkeep to repairs and specialist services, we’ve got you covered.

If we identify any issues during a clean or Key Holding visit, these will be promptly reported to the owner so you can decide how you would like to proceed.

We work with a trusted network of reliable contractors who can efficiently handle any repair or maintenance requirement.

We cover all aspects of maintenance — from arranging a fresh coat of paint to organising rug cleaning. No job is too big or too small.

 We want you to arrive at your holiday home and immediately relax, without the stress of preparation. That’s why we offer a range of optional pre-arrival services, so you don’t need to spend your valuable time organising essentials.

These services include light shopping prior to arrival, assistance with booking car rentals or transfers, sharing local knowledge and recommendations on places to visit, and setting up the terrace and property according to your preferences.

 Should you require assistance while staying at your holiday home, we have you covered. From electrical and plumbing issues to general troubleshooting and support, we are on hand to help.

We can also attend the property to meet contractors, deliveries, or service providers on your behalf, should this be required.
