We offer a Key Holding service with the options of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits.
We attend the property when it is vacant on the chosen service where we:
· Ensure the property was locked up safely after departure
· Revision of sanitary installations to avoid bad smells and calcium build up
· Watering of any plants
· Collection of post
· Turning on/off electric and hot water prior to arrival
- Welcome hampers
· Visiting the property after adverse weather conditions to ensure that the property is in good state
· We inform the owners of any issues of the property
· Identification of maintenance issues and organise quotes for repairs
The property receives a full clean in each room.
We also offer mid-cleans and bed changes however the property must be vacant for this service.
Bed linen is taking to be washed and pressed after check out. We also wash bath matts, tea towels, hand towels and bath towels. This is returned upon the following Key Holding date.
Whether you advise of which rooms to clean upon each check out or whether we inspect this upon the clean you will only be charged per bed used.
We clean the property after you have checked out and depending on the gap between check out and your next check in, we also offer a light clean prior to you re-arriving.
We offer a wide range of property maintenance services to keep your properties in top condition. From landscaping to repairs, we've got you covered.
Should we notice an issue at the property upon the clean or Key holding this will be sent to the owner to decide how to proceed.
We have a network of trusted contractors who can handle any repair or maintenance issue that arises.
We cover all aspects of maintenance. From a fresh coat of paint, to arranging a rug clean. No job is too big or too small!
We want you to arrive at your holiday home and be prepared for a relaxing holiday without stress therefore we offer services for you to choose from so you don't need to fly in and have to do anything unnecessarily!
This includes some light shopping prior to you arriving, assistance in booking car rentals or transfers, offering our knowledge of the area of places to visit etc.
Should you require assistance whilst you are visiting your holiday home, we have you covered! With everything from electrical issues to plumbing issues and much more.
