We offer the option to list your Holiday Home on one of our platforms.
We manage the day-to-day operations. This can include everything from handling guest communications and managing bookings to coordinating cleaning services and providing concierge-level customer service.
We want your guests to arrive at your holiday home with ease.
Offering private airport transfers and meet and greet services.
For properties that do not receive a meet and greet service, we offer the option to provide welcome booklets so your guests can know the local area, have local emergency service contact details, along with this they have our contact details for whilst they are staying at the property so they can contact us directly.
We offer mid-cleans and bed linen changes for guests.
After your guests have checked out the property is cleaned and depending on the gap between check out and your next check in, we also offer a light clean prior to the next guests arriving.
Should you have re-fillable shampoos, conditioners, body wash and washing liquid this would be topped up upon the clean.
We offer the option to stock buy toilet rolls, trash bags and much more. These can be kept at your holiday home in a secure location or at our base and brought to the apartment upon each check out to refill.
Welcome packs are tailored to each clients requirements.
We offer the option to add on a welcome pack of specific items to greet your guests with a warm personalised welcome.
We offer a Key Holding service with the options of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits.
We attend the property when it is vacant on the chosen service where we:
· Ensure the property was locked up safely after departure
· Collection of post
· We inform the owners of any issues of the property
· Identification of maintenance issues and organise quotes for repairs
· Revision of sanitary installations to avoid bad smells and calcium build up
· Watering of any plants
· Visiting the property after adverse weather conditions to ensure that the property is in good state
Should your guests require assistance whilst they are visiting your holiday home, we have a 24-7 line that they can contact us on, taking the stress away from you.
If your guest require assistance that is not an emergency, they can also contact us and we would attend the property on the next available date.
